Coughs, fevers, sore throats, ear pain, urinary symptoms, rashes, tummy upsets and injuries. Reception holds appointments back each day for people who are unwell, so call if the online times look full.

Book a skin check
A new spot, a mole that has changed shape or colour, or a sore that is not healing. Dr Elbahrawy has a particular interest in skin cancer care and can take a biopsy or remove a lesion here at the clinic if that is needed.

- Long appointment if you want a full skin check rather than one spot.

- Medicare card. Wear something easy to change out of.
- Cost
- Consult bulk billed. Some procedures and consumables may attract a private fee, and reception will tell you first.

Book a children's appointment
Newborn and six-week checks, immunisations, development and growth questions, asthma and allergy plans, or a child who is unwell today. All three GPs see children.

- Any of our GPs. All three list children's health as an interest.

- Standard for illness. Long appointment for a development check or a written asthma plan.
- Bring
- Your child's Medicare details, the blue book, and any school or preschool forms.

- The waiting room has space for prams.
Book a chronic disease review
Diabetes, blood pressure, heart, lung or kidney conditions, thyroid, cholesterol or arthritis. If you do not already have a GP management plan, ask about one. It sets out your care in writing and organises your allied health referrals.

- All three GPs list chronic disease management as an interest. Staying with one GP helps.
- How long
- Long appointment. A care plan needs proper time.
- Bring
- Medicare card, your current medicine list, recent results, and any specialist letters.
- Cost
- Bulk billed · Medicare card Including care plans and health assessments where you are eligible.
- Good to know
- Bloods can be collected in the same building afterwards.
Book a mental health appointment
Low mood, anxiety, sleep, stress, grief or something you have not been able to say out loud yet. Your GP can talk it through, and write a mental health treatment plan that gives you Medicare-subsidised sessions with a psychologist.

- Dr Abdellateef or Dr Mohamed both list mental health as an interest.
- How long
- Long appointment. Say it is for mental health when you book so enough time is set aside.
- Bring
- Medicare card. Nothing else. You do not need to have it worked out first.

Book a travel health appointment
Advice for where you are going, which vaccines you need, and what to pack. Book six to eight weeks before you fly where you can, because some vaccine courses need more than one visit.

- The consult is bulk billed. Most travel vaccines are not covered by Medicare and are paid for at cost.

Noticed a spot that is new, changing, or will not heal? Book a skin check with one of our GPs. The consultation is bulk billed for anyone with a valid Medicare card — and if a spot needs testing, biopsies are bulk billed for pension and concession card holders.

If a spot needs testing, the sample is taken here in our treatment room and sent to pathology. Bulk billed for pension and concession card holders — if you do not hold one, reception explains any cost before you go ahead.
A skin check is not a screening program, and no examination finds everything. Australian guidelines recommend checks based on your own risk rather than a set schedule for everyone, so your GP will talk with you about what makes sense in your case. Bring your Medicare card, and your pension or concession card if you have one.

Arrive ten minutes early
Your first visit includes a short new patient form covering your history, allergies and family history. Ten minutes is usually enough.
Parking is on site at the complex, with step-free entry from the car park.
Meet your GP
A standard consult runs about 15 minutes. If you have several things to discuss, ask reception for a long appointment when you book.
Your GP will arrange any pathology, referrals or follow-up before you leave.
